Returns
All shipments are packaged in Styrofoam Wine Shipper containers for the safe delivery of your wine. If there is any damage to the package on receipt, please immediately file a
report with UPS and contact us to let us know about the difficulty.
If there is any problem with your order, we want to know. Please contact us if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order. We'll work with you to
correct the problem as quickly as possible, and if necessary, arrange for the product to be returned to us.
