This is very pretty to look at.
4 medium zucchini
Sonoma vinaigrette
4 half chicken breasts
1 TB balsamic vinegar
olive oil
Fresh tomatoes, sliced

Slice zucchini lengthwise and marinate in a plastic bag with 1/2 cup Sonoma Vinaigrette for
at least 20 minutes.
Remove zucchini from bag and dry on paper towels.
Grill zucchini over medium heat for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Set aside to cool.
Brush chicken breasts with oil and grill about 4 minutes on each side until thoroughly
cooked.
Place zucchini slices on a serving platter add the tomato slices, pour a more vinaigrette over
the vegetables and a little chopped mint.
Arrange with the grilled chicken
Serve with crusty bread such
as sour dough.
Enjoy with our 2005 Sauvignon Blanc.
