Zucchini Zucchini Appetizer Grilled Zucchini Salad Zucchini Pasta Sonoma Flan Quick Zucchini Zucchini Rolls Zucchini Crema Fried Zucchini Stuffed Zucchini Zucchini Fritters Zucchini Rolls Slice some zucchini horizontally about to make strips. Place in glass dish with 2 tablespoons of water and cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 60 or so seconds until the strips become limp. Roll up the strips, and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle sea salt, balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil over the rolls. This is nice as a starter with other fresh vegetables, such as baby carrots and curls of Dry Jack cheese. Enjoy with our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc.
