Vegetable Recipes
Our family ate lots of vegetables which were perfectly prepared. Even as very small children we grew gardens of carrots, radishes, tomatoes, and zucchini. Our mother thought vegetables were best served without too much done to them, but sometimes they were served with a sauce or other interesting combination.
