	Lightly toast one side of bread in grilling pan. Remove and either with a pastry brush or your fingers put a little white wine on the toasted part of the bread. Spread a light layer of mustard over wine. Dry grilled peppers on paper towels and lay on bread. Add cheese and onions. Sprinkle with ground pepper. Put sides together and place in lightly oiled hot grilling pan. Place a heavy pan, such as cast iron on sandwich and grill until golden brown.
