Quick Sonoma Pie
You can use peaches, pineapple, berries or cherries for this easy "pie." Kids can make it.

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons peach (or other fruit flavoed) liqueur or cognac
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups diced peaches and juice (or other fruit )
  • Mix flour, sugar, milk, and baking soda.
  • Generously dot a pie plate with butter and pour in the batter
  • Mix fruit, lemon juice and liqueir and spread over top of batter.
  • Bake about 30 minutes at a 350 degree oven.

    Enjoy with our 2005 Glissando.
