Orange Flavored Olives
These olives are good for anti-pasto or picnics. You can make them severl weeks ahead of time and keep in the refrigerator.

1 tablespoon fennel seeds ( pick them yourself for the best flavor)
1 garlic clove crushed
zest of one orange
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (optional)
2 cups oil cured good quality olives
  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Keep in refrigerator and bring to room temperature before serving.

    Enjoy with our 2005 Sauvignon Blanc.
