Bread with Lemon Recipe
The simplest of all! Just have a glass of great wine and pretend you are a peasant in Le Marche where this is often served.
If you have a nice Meyer lemon tree, this is a great recipe! You could also use balsamic vinegar in place of the lemon.
Loaf of French or sour dough bread
Sea salt
Extra virgin olive oil
2 fresh Meyer lemons
Slice the bread and pour olive oil on to taste.
Add salt to taste, drizzle with a little lemon juice.
Now, this is a healthy appetizer.
Enjoy with our
2005 Sauvignon Blanc
