Grilled Hearts of Romaine
This is a fun recipe, easy to do and different.

A few hearts of romaine, about 1 for each two people
  • Brush the outside leaves with dressing such as our Sonoma County vinaigrette.
  • Spray the grill with cooking spray and heat to medium.
  • Place the romaine hearts on the grill and cook for about 5 or 6 minutes, using tongs to turn occasionally.
  • Remove from grill and salt lightly.

    Serve warm.

Enjoy with our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc.
