Grilled Pizza

Grilled sour dough pizza is the best of all. Why heat up your kitchen on
a hot day when you can cook it outdoors? There is a little trick to
griling pizza which you can easliy master.
1 recipe sour dough pizza
tomato sauce
toppings
mozzarella cheese

Preceed as in Sour Dough Pizza recipe to first rising.
Light grill and let
burn down a bit.
After first rising, shape the dough into two pizza crusts.
Oil the grid.
Place pizza dough on grid. It will begin to puff up a
bit almost immediately.
Move about using tongs so that it does not burn on
bottom until it is browned. This will take a few minutes
Remove to cool

of grill withtwo spatulas.
Turn crust and brush top with olive oil.
Add
sauce and toppings.
Put back in hot section of grill and let it cook about
five minutes until the bottom is browned and the cheese has melted.
Enjoy with our 2005 Sauvignon Blanc.
