Cannellini Beans a la Genovese
2 16 oz. cans, Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh basil & parsley, minced
6 medium garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 tsp crack pepper
1/2 tsp salt
  • Mix ingredients and serve at room temperature. Enjoy with our 2005 Sauvignon Blanc.
