2005 Sauvignon Blanc
2005 Glissando
Bread Crumb Stuffing
1 1/2 cups minced onions
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup good bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup cream
salt and pepper
Saute onions in butter until tender
Add white wine.
Simmer one or two minutes
Add reminader of ingredients and mix. Correct seasonings.
