Dried wild fennel harvested on our Goldridge soils, imparts a wonderful flavor to fish and meats.
Once you have tried using it with your grilling, you will not want to be without it.
In our Summer Wine & Vine Package we've combined Crinella 2004 Sauvignon
Blanc with dried Wild Fennel for barbeque an grilling.
The is harvested from our vineyards. We dry naturally and package it with instructions for
how to use. We are also including recipes to get you started.
This fruit forward Sauvignon Blanc from
Russian River Valley
has a classically aromatic nose of citrus, peach and a hint of sweet flowers and spice.
When paired with grilled meat or veggies that have been lightly smoked
using the grape vines, the flavors are superb.
