2005 Sauvignon Blanc, Russian River Valley - Marino Estate
The Crinella family's 2005 Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc
reveals the distinctive terroir of their hand-tended
Marino Vineyard
in Sonoma County. With its warm days, cool nights and longer growing season, this special vineyard nurtures grapes with higher acidity and bright,
fresh flavors that complement food. This complex Sauvignon Blanc is rich with
Russian River Valley
personality, fruit and elegant floral notes.
Tasting Notes
A classic wine with fine citrus, pineapple, and peach flavors. Our Sauvignon Musque clone adds notes of spice
and flowers. Untouched by oak, Crinella Sauvignon Blanc is a pure reflection of the varietal. It is wonderfully refreshing on a hot summer
day, and it is superb with grilled foods, salads and other warm weather dishes.

Dan Berger says, ""Highly Recommended.
2005 Crinella Sauvignon Blanc, Russian River Valley ($22.) Delicate tropical fruit and mint with a faint
lemongrass character. Succulent entry and mid-palate, but fine acidity for aging a year to see some
bottle development. From a new winery."
