2003 Sauvignon Blanc, Russian River Valley - Marino Estate

Silver Medal Winner at the Sonoma County Harvest Competition 2004
An elegant blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sauvignon Musque
Tasting Notes
Crinella Sauvignon Blanc has varietal aromas of citrus, with peach, apple, floral and spicy overtones. In the
mouth it is quite rich, but its excellent balancing acidity gives it a racy finish. This is a great
accompaniment to seafood, poultry and veal dishes. We like it with desserts containing citrus flavors and also
with most lunch dishes. After a round of golf or an afternoon on the ski slopes, this wine is a relaxing drink.

Pairing Suggestions
We're confident you'll love our wine with any of your favorite recipes, but want to recommend a couple of our
own you may enjoy tasting it with.
For a fabulous lunch or a warm day dinner, try with Cracked Dungeness Crab with Lemon and Garlic. The
delicate sweetness of the crabmeat along with the lemony citrus flavors are perfectly complimented by our
Sauvignon Blanc. You may also enjoy Orange Cake paired with our Sauvignon Blanc for an elegant dessert
gathering.
